Buyers now ask Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity "who should we use to hire in Vietnam?" before they ever click a result or an ad. We tested what those answers say today, and what it would take for TalentHero to be named in them.
Organic search is now TalentHero's largest traffic channel. But when a US or European company asks an AI tool which Employer of Record to use in Asia, the answer names other providers. That gap is fixable, and TalentHero has an advantage the global platforms don't: its own teams on the ground in the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore.
TalentHero has grown from around 125 clients to 165 this year, with 1,000+ offshore workers, and was built in Manila. Yet Google's AI answer to "employer of record philippines" names Deel, Papaya Global and Multiplier, and for "employer of record vietnam" it cites ten sources. TalentHero appears in neither. The expertise exists. It just isn't written down anywhere AI can quote it.
Many companies we review block AI crawlers without knowing it. TalentHero doesn't. The foundations AI visibility needs are already live, so the next phase is about content and reputation, not rebuilding.
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI crawlers can all read the site. Nothing is blocked.

Domain Rating (Ahrefs, 0 to 100) measures how much of the web links to a site. The global platforms have a head start on authority, but authority alone doesn't decide the answer: Acclime and BIPO are cited for Vietnam because they publish the local detail.
